Rules for the use of public spaces within grayance.com: in all cases, users accessing the public spaces of grayance.com (including chat rooms, message boards and/or any other public environment of any kind that Grayance SC might create in the future in its website) shall observe the following rules:
(1) Under no circumstances shall users post or transmit any type of material or information which is offensive, obscene, defaming, misleading, threatening or denoting hatred on the grounds of race, gender, religion or otherwise, or in breach of applicable laws and regulations, or that in any other manner and/or to any extent harms or may harm individuals and/or the rights (including the right to privacy, rights on trademarks, patents and other intellectual property rights) of any person, including the users of this website.
(2) Shall not interfere in any manner and/or to any extent with the full use and enjoyment of the site by other users.
(3) Shall not use this website to carry out any activity breaching applicable laws and regulations or which in any manner and/or to any extent, may harm any third party's rights.
(4) Shall not use this site to announce, disseminate, market and/or sell products and/or services of any class or nature (including, without limitation, the products and/or services offered through this web page).
(5) Shall immediately inform grayance.com if they have reasons to believe that a violation (including violation by other users) of the intellectual property rights pertaining to Grayance SC and/or its content providers has occurred, is occurring or is about to occur with respect to any information posted and/or included in this page.
(6) Users represent and warrant that they are the owners of the rights (or, otherwise, that the owner thereof has assigned his/her rights) on any information and/or material posted on this website and irrevocably and permanently assign Grayance SC the right to translate, copy, adapt, modify, disseminate, publish and in any other manner use the information and/or materials thus entered.
(7) Grayance SC (and/or “grayance.com”) assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the content of the information posted on the website by its users, without prejudice to its right, at its sole discretion: (i) to edit, modify or remove any documents, information or materials entered or appearing on this page and/or (ii) to deny access to the page to any user who violates these terms and conditions.

In no case shall Grayance SC assume any responsibility whatsoever for the accuracy, completeness, correction or updating of the information and/or materials included in the messages posted by any user. Indemnification
In all cases users irrevocably agree to defend, indemnify and hold Grayance SC, its subsidiaries --and/or any successors thereof in the rights on grayance.com-- and/or third parties providers of the information and/or content to the page harmless from any damage, loss, liability, claim or action (including reasonable legal expenses and attorney's fees) arising from (i) users' violation of any of these terms and conditions and/or (ii) any information posted thereby in the public spaces of grayance.com

Changes to the terms and conditions
These terms and conditions may be changed at any time by Grayance SC, its subsidiaries and/or successors; such revised terms and conditions shall be effective immediately upon their posting on this page. Users agree to regularly check the terms and conditions, and subsequent and continued access and use of grayance.com shall be deemed full acceptance of the terms, as changed from time to time.
No waiver
Failure to send notice or start any action, claim or complaint by Grayance SC, its subsidiaries and/or successors and/or third parties providers of the information and/or content posted on grayance.com, in relation to the enforcement of their rights and/or powers with respect to this page and/or any of its contents shall not be deemed a waiver, remission or abandonment of such rights, powers and/or actions.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Access and use of grayance.com shall be governed solely by the law of Mexico City (Federal District, Mexico). Each and every dispute, controversy, lawsuit, proceeding, and/or claim of any nature, which may relate to such access and/or use --and/or to the interpretation of any of these website terms and conditions-- shall be brought exclusively before the competent federal courts in Mexico City (Federal District, Mexico), to the exclusion of any other venue and/or jurisdiction which may apply and without the application of the principles of conflict of law. The user and Grayance SC irrevocably agree not to claim trial by jury in any such dispute, controversy, lawsuit, proceeding, and/or claim.
